To ensure uninterrupted securities trading across the connected exchanges, our systems must be monitored and supported during live operations. They are also continuously optimized and expanded to meet the growing demands of electronic securities trading. Interfaces to client systems must be redefined. Regulatory changes frequently require adjustments. Current products are regularly integrated. New features and applications continuously expand our systems’ functionality and improve their performance.

Three teams are responsible for these tasks within our IT department: IT Operations, IT Development, and IT Support. These teams work together in a coordinated process to ensure our systems remain compatible, efficient, and future-proof. Together, they plan and develop new applications, subject them to necessary technical and functional testing—and install them after a final review. Work in our IT department therefore means close collaboration. Communication is an essential part of the workflow. And success is always the result of a team effort.
